Choose Your Scent Detection Journey Whether you're completely new to scent detection or you're looking to progress through the official grades, there's a course for you and your dog. 🥉 Bronze Scent Detection- A 5-week course, with each session lasting 30 minutes. You and your dog will learn the basics of scent detection, working with one scent and building the foundations you need to progress Perfect for getting started and discovering just how much your dog enjoys using their nose! 🥈 Silver UK Sniffer Dogs Course -A 6-week course, with each session lasting 30 minutes. This is ideal for beginner and novice dogs and handlers. Your dog will learn to work with two scents, developing their searching skills and confidence as you progress through the course. 🏆 Progression – UK Sniffer Dogs Grades 1–6 Once you've completed Bronze or Silver, you can continue your scent detection journey and work towards the official UK Sniffer Dogs Grades 1–6. This is where things get really exciting! You'll develop your dog's searching skills and techniques while working on: Distance Distraction Duration Different search techniques Increasingly challenging searches Progression courses are booked in blocks of 4 sessions, with each session lasting 30 minutes. As a guide, it will take approximately 4 sessions to complete one grade, but you can work at your own pace. Every dog is different, and there is absolutely no need to rush. 👃 Scent Detection Taster Session- Not sure if scent detection is for you?
